State income tax credit for rehabilitation of certified historic structures. 20% for income-producing properties; 25% for owner-occupied residences in Wisconsin. Federal Historic Tax Credit (20%) also available for income-producing properties. Milwaukee has extensive historic districts (Walker's Point, Brewer's Hill, etc.).
