Partnership programs

Partner With The Grant Map

Reach homeowners who are researching possible repair assistance, planning projects, and expressly asking for contractor contact. Eligibility and funding still belong to each program administrator; a lead does not mean an application was submitted or approved.

Program Distribution for Organizations

For program administrators, utilities, local governments, nonprofits, foundations, and implementation partners. Program inclusion and corrections are always free and organic. Paid work covers an agreed distribution, workflow, or integration scope; it never buys an eligibility conclusion, a stronger review status, organic ranking, or applicant personal information.

The Grant Map-Branded Bilingual City Finder

$0public embed
  • Add the sandboxed English or Spanish city finder with one iframe
  • Visitors browse the Home map's current city directories and then confirm details with the administrator
  • The embed collects no names, email addresses, or project details
  • The current embed is The Grant Map-branded discovery only, not an eligibility screen, applicant intake, white-label product, or partner reporting tool

Applicant-Readiness Workflows

Scopedmanual review
  • Existing Home records can expose a PII-free, program-specific preparation checklist and verified official-form guidance when it has been curated
  • The applicant reviews, completes, signs, and submits material directly to the administrator; The Grant Map does not submit applications
  • Localized or co-branded distribution requires an agreed program, geography, language, accessibility, source, and update scope
  • No applicant PII is shared with an organization without the exact consent and entitlement required for that use
Scope a Readiness Workflow

Structured API & Data Evaluation

Evaluatebounded and reviewable
  • Inspect the no-key sample, JSON Schema, OpenAPI contract, and current dataset-health evidence before requesting access
  • Approved evaluations are limited to one to five Home-map cities for up to 30 days and do not authorize production reliance
  • Records expose citations, language fields, confidence, freshness, and correction paths without applicant profiles
  • Paid delivery remains fail-closed unless the public readiness gate and a reviewed agreement permit the exact use

Localized, Co-Branded & Aggregate Reporting Scope

Design reviewnot standard today
  • Localized discovery, broader white-label rights, eligibility-screening embeds, and partner-specific reporting are not included in the current public widget or standard data offer
  • A proposal must define the map, geography, language, branding, attribution, accessibility, source rights, retention, support, and correction owner
  • Any aggregate report needs an agreed event definition, time window, denominator, and privacy threshold; the current free embed has no partner identifier and produces no partner report
  • Aggregate reporting cannot expose applicant PII or imply eligibility, application, award, or program outcome

For Contractors

Homeowners research possible programs and submit project details with a one-contractor introduction included unless they uncheck the option. Some programs require a contractor estimate before an application can move forward.

Why Grant Map Visitors Are Different

Funding Context Identified

Homeowners arrive after identifying possible grants, rebates, loans, or free services tied to a project. The official program still decides eligibility and funding.

Program Timing Included

Some programs publish application or completion windows. When a published date is stored, we show it to help with planning; the administrator must confirm the current deadline.

Household Context

Our optional quiz narrows possibilities using self-reported project, household, and income information. It is informational screening, not an eligibility decision.

High Intent

Visitors are actively researching how to pay for a repair or improvement. Homeowners who request contractor contact take an additional, explicit step.

Common Questions

Is there a contractor subscription?
No. Contractor listings have no monthly fee. The first accepted compatible lead can use a free credit. Later paid offers require explicit acceptance and a finalized charge before contact unlocks.
How do I get listed?
Claim an existing public-record listing for free, or submit a new business for review. No card is required to claim or register.
How many cities do you cover?
Coverage changes as records are added and reviewed. See the live dataset-health endpoint for current city and record counts.
Will homeowners actually see my listing?
Claimed and unclaimed public listings may appear in the directory and on relevant city pages. A listed contractor with a usable business email may receive a contact-free project offer when its service area and trade match, whether the listing is claimed or unclaimed. Exactly one eligible contractor can receive the homeowner contact.
I'm a nonprofit, do I pay anything?
No. Our city-finder embed and program-data correction partnerships are free for nonprofits and housing agencies.
Who built this?
StanHattie LLC in Waukee, Iowa built The Grant Map after starting with home-repair programs in the Des Moines area and expanding nationally.
