Program Distribution for Organizations
For program administrators, utilities, local governments, nonprofits, foundations, and implementation partners. Program inclusion and corrections are always free and organic. Paid work covers an agreed distribution, workflow, or integration scope; it never buys an eligibility conclusion, a stronger review status, organic ranking, or applicant personal information.

- Approved evaluations are limited to one to five Home-map cities for up to 30 days and do not authorize production reliance
- Records expose citations, language fields, confidence, freshness, and correction paths without applicant profiles
- Paid delivery remains fail-closed unless the public readiness gate and a reviewed agreement permit the exact use
Localized, Co-Branded & Aggregate Reporting Scope
- Localized discovery, broader white-label rights, eligibility-screening embeds, and partner-specific reporting are not included in the current public widget or standard data offer
- A proposal must define the map, geography, language, branding, attribution, accessibility, source rights, retention, support, and correction owner
- Any aggregate report needs an agreed event definition, time window, denominator, and privacy threshold; the current free embed has no partner identifier and produces no partner report
- Aggregate reporting cannot expose applicant PII or imply eligibility, application, award, or program outcome
For Contractors
Homeowners research possible programs and submit project details with a one-contractor introduction included unless they uncheck the option. Some programs require a contractor estimate before an application can move forward.

- The preview may include structured city, trade, and possible program context; homeowner free text stays locked with the contact details
- The first eligible contractor whose free-credit acceptance completes or whose displayed payment finalizes owns the lead; it closes to everyone else immediately
- Nobody else is charged or receives the homeowner's contact through The Grant Map
- The exact one-time price is shown before acceptance and reflects the job, its scope, the local market, and lead quality
- A lead with insufficient core information is not sold at a lower price
- No card is required to claim; Stripe collects it only when you accept your first paid lead
- Duplicates and outside-area leads reported within 7 days are eligible for review
