Starting with the 2025 application year, New Jersey combined Senior Freeze, ANCHOR, and Stay NJ into one application (Form PAS-1) that you file once, online or on paper, to be considered for every program you qualify for.

  2. Gather your income figures for 2024 and 2025 and your proof of property taxes (or mobile home site fees) billed and paid for both years.
  3. File the combined Form PAS-1 online at the property tax relief portal (propertytaxreliefapp.nj.gov), or complete and mail the paper PAS-1 to the address in the instructions.
  4. Save the confirmation or reference number you receive after filing, and check your status later at the Division of Taxation property tax relief inquiry page.
  5. File by the deadline of November 2, 2026 for the 2025 application.
